What we got was an oversized mouse pad from the 90's that had a brush mat screen printed on it along with the cartoon cats. When reaching out to the staff about it, they simply offered the current sale discount (15% off) as a refund. That would mean I'd still be out the money and have a giant novelty mouse pad I can't do anything with. That's about the only good thing they have going for them.
